Today’s run

14.54km only. Didn’t do the 15km because I didn’t know where the 15km mark would be. But this is the first time I went more than my intended 10km and I find my legs feeling tired after 10km. Perhaps more training would be needed. The pace is also really slow. At 8km per hour, I’ll finish my marathon in 5 hours, which is really long. Must research on what to eat during the run and what cream to have in case I get cramps.

Ah well, back to work.
